Call for Prayer – With the election of Barack Obama as our next President please remember to keep him in your prayers as well as all those who serve us in Congress.  While we have no doubt regarding President-elect Obama’s good intentions, we, as the Catholic Church, have many disagreements and objections to positions President-elect Obama proposes.  Be prayer warriors and make your voices heard in heaven and on earth.

Pro- Life As the Obama administration approved the first human embryonic stem cells for experiments by federally- funded scientists, pro-lifers argued that aside from the research being unethical, it is also unnecessary because of the availability of adult stem cells and other more recently identified alternatives.
