What is RCIA?
RCIA stands for the Rite of Christian Initiation for
Adults
The RCIA (Right of Christian Initiation of Adults) is
the process by which people become full members of the Roman Catholic Church.
The process culminates in the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation
and Eucharist. It involves both a living experience and knowledge of the Church.
The person seeking to join the Catholic Church is introduced to beliefs, life.
liturgy and ministry in the Catholic Community.Who is it for?
The RCIA is designed for people desiring full initiation
into the Church: Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist. Our program also includes
those Baptized Catholics who wish to complete their initiation through
Confirmation and Eucharist.
